They indicate the number of posts you have done. There used to be a breakdown for this but I haven't seen it in a long time so may not exist. Maybe someone else is aware of the breakdown.

Thanks so much for the quick replies. If the case is posting I am a long way away from getting anywhere with hearts in a box. lol I read more than I write because generally I find another person has asked the same or close to the same question as me. Oh well...I have another goal to try for. My first being getting my man here from Algeria. It has been forever it seems since we were together in May. I am waiting on my I-129 to be adjudicated now. They estimate October. The wait is what is the most difficult thing I am experiencing.
