AOS fee bill has been generated on Jul 30th but week later still haven't received the mail. Is this normal to take this long?? Automated voice update says it has been mailed on the 30th. Thanks

It doesn't necessarily get sent out right away.
My AoS Bill wasn't received until almost 2 weeks later. It wasn't sent out for a week or so after generation according to the postmark date.
Give it another week or so.
