okay, i'm posting this again, b/c the other post wasn't very clear and i can't edit it. sorry if it sounds redundant.

anyway, i'm not sure what to do b/c we got two NOA's today, one with husband's name spelled correctly, and one with name spelled incorrectly. each letter has a different application #, so i'm not sure what to do next. i don't have alot of faith in the USCIS, as far as efficiency goes, so i'm worried that if i call and try to correct this, they will get it wrong and cancel the whole thing or something crazy like that; but... if i leave it, it might also cause problems. anyone else had this happen? any thoughts, advice?

first of all u received 2 letters from USCIS is this 2 letters belong to 1 case !! or there's another case with that !!! if belong to 1 case . dont need to be worry at least u got the correct 1, and u can ignore the other 1, but to make sure that everything going right dont deprive urself from Call !!! call them up and explain to them, the might tell u what should to do. becuase as u see any mistake with USCIS it turn to 1 to 2 months to correct it . and this is not funny, but if i am in ur shoes i will not be worry, because as u said u got correct 1 too biggrin.gif

thanks... yes, it was exact same letter, just with one name misspelled, and then each letter had a different case #...

so b/c of different case # i feel i may need to call. but i do have the correct one, so hopefully it will be okay. you're right.. it is probably a good idea to call and just make sure.
