I-751 Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence Removal of lawful permanent resident conditions (spouses of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents January 13, 2007 .


We applied in June and in less than 3 months, we had biometric done and Got approval letter in the Post mail today.

I got mine from CSC in less then 2 months... my old card hadn't even expired yet....

June 5th our app arrived at CSC, notice of approval and card ordered dated August 1st. What is strange no case updates or email notifications. The case online was frozen for days, still is even though we got the approval letter.

Basically less than two months for approval, card should be here anyday from what others say. Wow, after our ordeal the firs time, it's great to see things move.

I hope it goes fast for anyone still waiting.

still awaiting an interview - no touches, no nothing - frustrating - especially when we sent in SOOOOOO much evidence - I thought it was a slam dunk for no interview. Not that having an interview bothers me, it's just that we DID already have a very stressful one for AOS and it's more time off work - who knows how long it's going to take!
