Does anyone know if there are any residency requirements in order to be eligible to remove conditions from a gc after the 2 year waiting period. My husband and I are exploring the option of us temporarily moving to europe but we are unsure of what will happen from an american immigration perspective. I know that we both have to come back to interview in the usa to remove the conditions but what about the 2 year waiting period.
