Any info on the reason for denial?

If the denial is for some additional evidence then provide them with it.
If they flat out deny and return the case to USCIS, you may want to get a lawyer in the foreign country to ask why and try to appeal there. It is much harder to overturn once it makes it back to the USA.

My wife tells me they say it was a short time between us meeting and getting married

What did you offer as proof of relationship history prior to your meeting in person?

I sent affidavits from my family and her friends that she was visiting here saying how we met and that we married for love and not to evade immigration laws and photos of us together emails and chat logs and my car insurance with her name on it and where she stayed with me for 2 months at my house.

How long did you know each other before you met? Trying to establish the true length of the relationship...

Time for a cool head. You need to see a copy of exactly what she was given, then let us know what it says, exactly. What color is the paper? Do they request more information? If so, what? If not, is it a notice of intent to deny that indicates they are returning the case to the US?
The devil is in the details.

yea i know it's hard at a time like this it's almost like being hit on the head. I served 15 years in the military for my country and and still work as a department of defense civilian employee never asked for anything in return and now ask that my wife can come and be with me and this is what you get. Well I know it seems like a short time but we met in September and I visited her every day after work and every weekend we would spend it together at a motel near town so i could show her the sights and things in North Carolina. Well I asked her to marry me at first she said no and i took it as she was scared. Well she Finlay said OK in November and we married with all my family and her friends from Texas and here present and took many photos. I know it seems like a short time but my mother and father marred in 2 months and have been together for 40 years. She even returned to panama earlier than her I-94 expired. She also wanted to be with her son at Christmas and i could get all the paper work filled. Well tomorrow she is going to pick up her passport and i guess they will give her some kind of notice then. I will have to wait.

I would suggest consulting an immigration attorney. Your next step will likely be filing a waiver... It also wouldn't hurt to develop a "Plan B", just in case.
