ok i have a question that dawned on me!! would it be a quicker process if my husband applies for a visa (not sure which one) at the embassy in serbia (where he's from) rather than wait on the K-3 visa that I already filed? or is there just no other hope other than just waiting???

He could try for a visitor's visa, but could not use that to adjust status and immigrate, only a visit he will still need to interview at the consulate for the K-3 visa in order to come to the USA and then adjust status.
