I just wonder why there are still no "touches" on our Petition in the USCIS website. I read in some of the VJ posts that we need not worry if we dont got these "touches"...we're not worried..just wondering.

Not getting touches regulalry is completely normal. Some cases never get touched until they show as approved.

Me too. Haven't been touched since May 22. I've never wanted so much to be touched in my life until I applied for the visa...oh well.

I haven't been touched since 6/24 when I got my NOA1. This takes tooooo long! I am starting to really stress out.

hang in there guys. MOST of the cases the NOA2 will take 3 months!!
I know how nerve racking this can be!

I'm not happy to be waiting but this is the final stretch for Sasha and I. We have been waiting already through a very looooong divorce. 2 years. if this visa takes 6-8 months it should be a piece of cake for us. But still the days are endless..... 3 months should be ok for us. We dream of quick luck though.

Seems like a very quiet Monday......... No news about anything it seems. No emails? No touches? Nothing?? Maybe its still too early in the day.

You have an approval...why would you be touched???

I gues iwe were extremely lucky that our case was aproved in 13 days from NOA1.
Maybe it was because both me and my Fiancee were never married... Vermont center told me in may that their processing time is about 6 months...

Well, we got our NOA1 April 12th and still no touches and we don't have our NOA2 yet! its kind a frustrating we should have our NOA2 3 months since we got the NOA1....We are still waiting to have it this week...hope it won't take 4 months

We never got touched at all. We even stopped checking all the time. Then there it was, the hard copy NOA2 in the mail. Don't stress.... I know, you can't help but, but there is going to be alot more stressful times ahead. Goodluck!

Dont worry about the touches really...as you can see I have had hands all over me lately and nothing.....nada!!! After a while it doesnt even feel good!!!!!

Good luck with your petition You might try the immigration timelines at the top of the page, it may help you in seeing the timeline for the approval out of CSC.

Well, I don't even have an NOA1, but it's not even been a month yet. And I can't check the status online because for some reason they (NSC? CSC?) cashed the check electronically so the image isn't available online....

yes....funny comments..thanks a lot everyone for replying. I guess being "touched" is not a pleasant experience after all (in terms of this visa thing), they touch and still nothing can happen.
