Fellows will new fees create room for accelerated processing/services? I know the centers would have been flooded 'cos people would be trying to avoid the fees hijack.

I have a feeling that nothing will change in the processing order. We may see longer waits because of the late flood of filers in July. Or we may see shorter waits because of a lack of filers in August. Who knows?? I think it could go either way.
