im so worried bout the G352A form i have sent my hubby... I have mailed him only a photocopy of the G325A form all filled-up but with my original handwritten signature on all the forms... but just the forms are photocopied.,.. i have read somewhere that we have to send the original forms... will that matter???? but my real signature are all in the form..,. im worried that this will hinder the processing times...
will it affect the processing????
oh my....
please anyone who had the same case....
thank u so much....

grace_n_adam,
I wouldn't worry about that - 3 of the four pages are 'copies' anyway... don't sweat it..

As long as the signatures are original, you'll be fine. However, the other three pages are not "copies" of page one. They are all slightly different.
Frankly, the USCIS has instructions to accept unsigned G325a's when a case is otherwise properly filed and complete. My wife never saw her completed G325a forms until I took them too her months after filing. I filled them and printed them from my computer and affixed her signature by cutting and pasting the signatures I had her write on mailing labels. The same was true for my step-daughter.
