hi i am desperately need an asnwer about my 2 girls whom we adopted them. Me and my husband had adopted 2 girls from Philippines. Since we are here station in germany and the 2 girls still in philippines we wanted to bring my 2 girls over in germany and live with us. Can we bring them as a tourist visa to germany while we are applying for their visa to US? The adoption is full and final in Philippines. What immigration form we use?

Who is the US citizen? Why can't the US citizen get them citizenship through adoption instead of filing for a visa?

Well both of us are us citizen, and my husband is on the military and we are station here in germany i really dont how we gonna start the paperworks, we haven't file anything for them just because we do not know which form we are going to use, also they live right now in the Philippines and we are here in europe and couldn't get anything done. The adoption was full and final in the Philippines, is just we dont know how to get it started since we are here in Europe
