I am working on filling out form I-134 pdf file, but when I enter my birth date, it fills in all fields that require a date with the same date. Then if I try to change those dates, it changes my birth date as well. I am wondering if anyone else has had any problems filling out this form.

We used Photoshop Elements in filling any USCIS forms.

Sounds like a corrupt file or that you need to update your Adobe reader.

I figured out this problem in case someone else experiences it. It wasn't a corrupted file although I had thought that at first too. It is the data entry. I followed what they show on the form, entering 03-23-2007 for example, but actually it has to be entered as 3-23-2007. Apparently, the 0 for a single digit month screws up the form. Don't ask me how, but this was the problem.
