Hi fellows!
I filled the petition for my fiancee about a year ago, and she got her visa in January 2007, she came here to USA in march and we didnt get married. She came back to her country (no overstay) but I want her to come back to me. Is it possible? I dont want to wait next 2 years. What should I do?
Thanks
Turboguy
You don't have to wait. Just file again and request a waver. Actually according to the way the law was written you don't even need the waver. ( It reads "different" fiancee) but in practice if you did not send it you would get an RFE for it.

you dont have to file a waiver unless you have had two previous applications, '

if its your second, no waiver is required
