Well things are at last falling into place. Dan arrived at Gatwick around 11pm tonight. He's staying in one of the nearby hotels. His flight leaves at 10:30am and will arrive in Dallas at 2:30pm CST. I am excited beyond words!! Despite the odds being stacked ever-so-neatly against us, we will make our August 11 wedding. His family is flying over Wednesday to be here for the big day. Looks like he'll get to help me clean for a couple of days! We've planned quite an event - I'll definitely have to post pictures afterwards!! I've now gone from moaning-stressing about the visa to happy-excited bride mode! Just wanted to say a thanks to all of you for all your support and for sharing your wealth of information. I don't know how we could have made it without VJ. Not only has it provided all the information that we needed to complete and feel [as] confident [as possible] about the process, but it has also been a fantastic place to share the fears and frustrations that inevitably come along with the journey. To those of you that have gone through this before us...thank you for sticking around and sharing your experiences and for answering (often redundant) questions. For those of you still toiling with this madness they call "visa," I wish you luck, sanity, and perserverence. I'm not trying to sign off or anything, but it seemed an appropriate time for a bit of a "Thank You" to you all.

Awww, Tiffany! That's GREAT news! Give Dan a big WELCOME HOME hug from all of us VJ'ers! And THANK YOU for your support and well wishes and sharing in detail your experiences along the way. You've helped MANY of us as we continue on.
I'll be wishing you both a FABULOUS wedding day and look forward to hearing all about it and seeing pics! You guys look sooooo cute together! All happy wishes for a happy and looooooonnnng future together!

I'll be sending out good vibes today for a safe flight for Dan -- congrats again to you both. I'm SO happy that everything worked out in the end -- what a roller coaster for you guys! I won't expect an update for a while from you -- I expect there's a lot of "laundry" (ahem) that needs doing in addition to all that cleaning!
