Ok here is a new one my fiance had her interview at the us embassy she didnt pass cause thier was nor a letter of acknowledgement from me about her 2 year old daughter. She was able to pay the delbros fee and given a form for her i typed up and signed a letter for her and emailed it to her they the paper did say it can be sent elecronically and did not need to be noterized. She was ask to bring the letter and her paaport back to the embassy on monday will not get re interview but just gas to bring the letter and passport to window 12 thru 17 between the hours of 1pm and 2 pm does anyone know that does this mean she will not get visa or visa ia on admonstrative review or what did get alot of information from her

this means she'll skip the interview since she already had one and just needs to bring the documents she was missing before.
She'll probably get the visa that day or soon after that if all the paperwork is okay.

We had a similar problem with a police translation. Once we got the document to the correct people (windows 12-17) the visa was delivered about 4 days later and that was to CDO on Mindanao.
