Hi

We are mailing our I-751 next week and I spent the whole evening preparing the file.

I have a question regarding the Part 5 - List your children :

. Do they mean the children we have in common with the US Citizen ? or not ?

I have 2 daughters aged 30 and 32 living in France (from my previous husband)
should I still post them ?

Thank you for your answers - I will be able to finish the file and post it next week...
and start waiting....... We are sending it to the Texas Service Center they do not
seem to be the fastest ?

I had the same question and from what I've read in the forums, you have to list all of them (including your children in France). My mother is in the same situation; she wasn't sure who to list but we decided to list everyone and just write an explanation.

For more info, I suggest reading this post: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;hl=confused...

I hope everything works out for you!

Thank you for the Info. I have actually included my two daughters since they mention Living with you or not and indicated they were not filing and lived in France........ Worse thing you can do is omit something !
We will mail next week with the new Fee ........... !!!!! of course we missed it by a week .... and then just wait. I think once the NOA arrives we are in good shape.

Something was asking about Info Pass. I had to do one in San Antonio (Texas) for an emergency parole whilst filing for AOS (the parole we had filed for never got to us ....) and everybody was very helpful and got me the right paper.... My mother was very sick and they respected that too .....
The waiting was awful it took like 4 hours to get it ! ..........................
My husband who came with me that day could not believe it since he never had to really deal with immigration at this point.
