Well I got a nice envelope today in the mail from USCIS and boy was I excited until I opened it and found my packet in side along with a letter saying that I had submitted a photcopy of the I-751 and not the original!!! aaaaaaaaaaaargh
Also enclosed was a list of the new fees (Yeah thanx rub it in!)

But it came from CSC so maybe that will mean that things may progress faster (hahahaha!!)

That's interesting.. Is NSC transferring I-751 cases to CSC now?

I did the same thing on one of my forms. Damn printers are so good now you can hardly tell the difference.
USCIS did tho.
OOps ! Nice of them to give you the new fee schedule. devil.gif

Well the letter and the envelope that had my photos in had CSC address on it. I was thinking of sending it directly to them! Knowing my luck i'd get it sent back!!!!

Greetings!
I rcvd. back my application last August 3 , 2007...needed to change the updated form, plus a letter for the Institution where i got my money order inorder for me to return it, then the list of new fees...I open USCIS site, downloaded the forms fill it online, printed it... and headed to the post office same day....overnight the package back to California as it was the address that was in the letter.

Following day ,Around 1:15 p.m. california time the status of the mail stated that they tried delivering and no one was there so they will try it for the second time, if failed will keep the package for five days then it will be return back to me.....more delays !

Around 1:50p.m., they tried it again and it was accepted with an officer signature.

I could see that the old letter was rcvd. 7 /20/07 then was rcvd at CSC 7/ 23/ 07....If only they sent it back to me then i guess i could still save some money....

Thanks God!

now i am waiting for a reply from them....

Just curious, why you didn't send original I-751?
I printed 2xI-751 copies and got both notarized, kept one with me and sent another one to USCIS.

I didn't mean to send the photcopy it was just an oversight. I simply mixed the original up with the copies.
