Aug 27, 2007 - Updated change of address on USCIS site for K1 (I-129F)
Never notified they got my change of address but have online confirmation reciept number. They did however notify me they got the change of address for my I-130.
Sept 12, 2007 -CSC acknowledges transfer for K1 (I-129F)
Turnover: 35 days from the day they notified me of transfer.... no kidding backlogged!
So can I assume I am considered a September filer now even though I have a July NOA1?
USCIS have stated they will honour the 'received date' on the NOA1. Whether they do or not is a different matter, but you should be fine, your notice date and received date are in July? Address updates shouldn't affect your filing date. Looks like you're a July filer!
