Yes its frustrating, Ive watched my timeline prediction for earliest NOA-2 go from Nov 11th to now Nov 30th!!!! just keep hoping things will speed up a little, not keep getting slower. Seems like USCIS made a mistake really planned very badly, but have done nothing to rectify it, just continue to plod along as if its nothing to concern them. Guess this is a reflection of their new costumer focused service philosophy .
Maybe they will susprise us wake up and pull their fingures out but my guess is July folks are now looking at Dec NOA-2

I don´t know...I think it´s still early. From what I have read some people get some information out of them that seems to be useful but then it also turns out that it´s either not true or the person who you talk to is playing jokes with you or I dunno. Someone recently called and he was told nothing and the next day he received his approval in the mail. They never told him he was approved. They never changed the status online for him either. So just hang on you might have a nice surprise in the mail soon too. I hope all of us will

Congratulations! I wonder why recently it´s been like this. People don´t share the wonderful news with us and just change the timeline and wait for us to find it in the statistics Does that mean they aren´t eager to get their NOA2 and/or share it with us (suffering others)?

Hey it´s Thursday already! I know VSC and CSC have been working so hard the whole week on all of our cases so now they are about to approve lotsa new cases people yeaaaaaah!

what is with this...is there like 2 part-timers working on K1's. Surely they must be able to roll them out faster than this. They've done it before! The key......MORE STAFF, fund them with the extra fees and don't use the money to line the top cats pockets (as we all know this is where most government money goes anyway). We are all paying "customers" thats their own term....so much for customer satisfaction, pity we have no choice and can't take our custom elsewhere!

i think they have plenty of staff there. but the AOS and naturalization visas and any other visa known to man are prioritized ahead of the K visas. Fiance and spousal visas are only put ahead of brother/sister visas there. i am sure they are churning out visa approvals everyday left and right, and when they finish those for the day etc then they do a few K visas petitions.
thats the only thing that makes sense with alot of employees and it only taking 15 minutes to approve a case.

They were actually May filers, not June, but we'll take the approvals..that moves us all one step closer!

zinfandel is red. lovely fruity purpley red....you get white zinfandel to but thats actually a rose and not so nice
