Pour heather cream over ice, take handful of oreos, run bath, sit back and imagine when this is all over and I'm sitting on my last flight (can't wait til that over, intense fear of flying not good in transatlantic relationship) about to embark on the begining of the rest of my life....I'm off to dream...hopefully something CSC is NOT doing and rattling out those NOA2's instead!! If they keep this up I might start a CSC cheerleading squad....instead for now I leave you with a prayer... (to lords prayer)

There were 2 approvals today according to the K1 timeline list...so that's better than nothing for sure, especially since they are late May filers. That means the early June filers are next:)

Looks like everyone getting approvals filed around 138-140 days ago. If USCIS continues at this rate, the next wave of approvals should be people who have filed less than 138 days ago (at least for CSC). Good luck all May filers!!

Hey Scott and Musicgirl.......We got two touches in a row too, although we did call to check on it, I think the similarity in timelines and also touches indicatates all three of us are sat on the laziest employee for USCIS's desk.

But my thought is that even this employee has to do some work sometime and despite the phone operator lying and saying we had an RFE and then when we called back simply saying it was ongoing, I think that we will hear today.

I just need evidence of the Approvals first .

gosh! i just called uscis twice. on my first call, a fil-am answered my call and she said that they are working on march filers.

and then, on my second attempt, i tried the rfe trick and they said, another fil-am answered my call and she said that she cannot give any information to me since i'm not the petitioner. so, i just asked her on what month they are working on. she said, february? i don't know if i should believe her coz you know, i saw from the uscis website that csc is already working on march filers.

any thoughts on this?

Hey there Beng and carl, With the exception of certain petitions, in general they are on with May 2007 NOA 1 Dated petitions.

Thats what I think given looking at timelines. But then what do I know, it all seems rather random to me.

please please give me my NOA2 before this month ends..pls pls pls..

Where is all the NOA2's today? I noticed just two that were approved today thru CSC. Is this correct. I called USCIS and looked on their website and just got the same info (still pending) and no touches since 5-30-07. I hope something gives soon. Getting alittle impatient with these people but patience is a vurtue. Here's to a good round of NOA2 approvals being sent this afternoon and early evening via the web..

I just looked, and I thought I saw only one through CSC, but I could be mistaken... and anyway, some people may have been approved, but aren't home from work yet, or they're still out whooping it up in celebration, and haven't yet updated their timelines

Hey maybe in wrong forum but does any one know how to find out when package sent to NVC and then to consulate?

oh, I bet he'll do updates when he has the chance; he knows how much we all appreciate them

Man Scott, I thought I would get on here today and see that you had been approved. This really sucks big time. Hopefully USCIS is working weekends and we will see some approvals today. A person can hope can't he?

You know...Musicgirl did the RFE trick as I did and found out that her case was also assigned last week but she couldn't hold out for email conformation or case update at USCIS online so she called on Friday and low and behold her case was approved. It is still not updated online nor has she received an email. I tried to call on Friday also but I was a little too late so now another painful weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will find out soon what is going on and keep you posted.
