Wow, it's hard to believe there are still July filers waiting...that's just shameful. CSC must be in all sorts of chaos, it's hard to imagine what goes on there! Anyway, let's hope they get back on the roll they were on last week - go CSC go!

I predict that tomorrow we will be deluged with approval after approval by the soft hearted CSC personnel on Valentines Day. They've been saving them up this week just to make tomorrow special, for the lucky ones. I'm thinking perhaps 20-25 approvals at least. I even predict Mox will get his tomorrow - at least for the sake of his puppy.

Anyway, Good Luck to all of us who are seperated from the ones we love tomorrow.

I hope that tomorrow is the date that I can be approved. I applied on July 27th and nothing yet. I got noa1, but no noa2 yet. My fiance called up and he was told that we would be approved within a few weeks. insane!!!

Ok so now CSC has approved an October Filer who filed the same day as we did......and even though I am happy for them,all I can do is cry.....I so hope that we get approved soon........it's been such a log wait for us already........2 1/2 years since my man left Germany and we only got to see each other for a total of 8 weeks since then........Sorry for being a whiner right now,but it's just getting really nerve wrecking for me right now.......

Ok everyone, It's my turn-------Approved, not just a approval, but a California Approval from October 9th filer. I couldn't sleep and checked my email, and it came at 10pm at night. I saw a touch earlier in the day. Hope others get a great Valentines present as Lyuba and I did.

Congratulations to Everyone Approved - I'm still hoping for a big day today. We're down to only 7 or 9 NOA1's from July remaining at CSC - I hope that today is a special day for all of you so we can start focusing on clearing out August! One suggestion: On the stats page, it would be helpful to reverse-sort by date. Most people will be looking for data from the most current weeks.

Yep, I know, I've caught myself thinking the same thing a few times. I'll reverse it as soon as I get a minute to work on it.

I checked the list in Igor's signature and I don't know if it makes me feel better or worse. I started looking at a bunch of other profiles and found that there are quite a lot of people who simply forgot to put their noa2 date in there BUT they have interviews scheduled or already past!! So those numbers aren't exactly accurate (not your fault at all Igor I know). The depressing thing is that most of the rest of them haven't been updated since last summer or early fall so I have to wonder if they got approved and moved on without updating or posting on VJ ever again. I have a feeling the number of people still actually waiting is extremely smaller than that list. Good for those approved that are on that list, bad for those like me still waiting. Makes me feel worse I guess.

edit: I should say that I do really appreciate that ppl like you who organize the data like this for the rest of us!

Agreed CBR. I was looking at the list and comparing with timelines for exactly that reason. I also noticed that a small number of people have duplicate accounts because both the beneficiary and petitioner have taken an interest in VJ and only one of them has been active in updating the timeline.

I think you have to factor in when looking at these lists that maybe 10% of VJers are not active enough users to update. The lists, as you say, are very useful nonetheless.

I do hope you get a resolution soon. I often think about you and check back to see if you have been approved. When you do...there will be an unprecedented amount of congratulations.

or.... The individual who was supposed to send out the e-mail notifications had a hot date last night and left work early. Remember, the only notifications we got yesterday were all given an approved date of 2/13.... My only hope is that the individual sending the approval e-mails didn't have too hot of a date and actually showed up for work this morning. Go ahead, call me an optomist.

I'm hoping that the e-mails come out today, too. CSC has been REALLY slow this week.

y'know, sometimes I wonder if there's just a big clump of VJ files all together in a box sometimes, so ALL of one morning's approvals are us, and then later on there's no one from here, so we don't see anything... I mean, I know it must average out, but that doesn't mean there can't be some major variations on a day-to-day basis

Until such time as daily/weekly actual approval statistics are published by the USCIS service centers (which will never happen) it is difficult to ascertain. The sad fact (for us) is that there are many different visa applications being processed at the service center and some of them are more complicated and time consuming that ours. They would probably be more efficient if they had specialized teams that only processed certain types of applications - experts on the I-129F or I-130, etc. I think these guys hold their cards as close to their chests as they do because accountability is anathama to them. I feel for everyone that has been waiting so long, and dread the implications on my own processing timeline. The story about the rush of July petitions seems to be losing its credibility 7 months into this thing. Grrrrrrrr

All i know is my mood keeps going up and down ...i was so happy to see a CSC October filer approved and then ...nothing it is just so hard ....my SO wanted to come to UK in April and i said no....we should wait and save the money ...but now i really wonder oh well ...CSC might speed up next week

Congrats to Tyler & Angus,September Filers from CSC approved yesterday / Valentinesday.They did not update their timeline yet,but I have pm'd them to please do so as it helps us all.
Maybe there's some more CSC approvals from yesterday that simply havent been updated yet.Lets all hope and pray.

Well our case still received and pending but SO did RFE trick yesterday and we have been touched they also gave him my alien number hopefully not to long to wait now. They did tell him that they had just started looking at the file. i feel great this morning

I propose we set up a list of all the people who haven't updated their timelines and send them all PM's to do so ! We should include june july and august filers in the list.

Then we would have an idea of who has been approved and if they just have neglected to update their info .

Anyone else interested in helping? ...there aren't more than 100 pms that have to go out! hahaha....if several of us do it (like 10 people) we would just have to send out 10 emails!

If we get a response great! If not we know we shouldn't consider them as part of the list ...

just my two cents....It'll give us desperate ones something to do while we get approved ...
