thought more people would have been approved by now. still not found out what the RFE is for nothing come in the mail yet and we got it on the 7th of nov looks like we'll be lucky if we get our NOA 2 before christmas

Thanks for the update!! Still have no movement on the USCIS website but my projected date moved from 27th to 26th Dec for what it's worth - it's a step in the right direction anyway, even if it does mean nothing

The Calif Service Center has moved its processing date from April 14th (where it has been for over 2 months) to April 29th......

In the thread that you reference the OP did not return, however I know from reading in other threads that his petition was, in fact, denied.
Laura - You may want to PM that other member to see what happened in his case and what steps he has taken since. I think the letter you are receiving is a denial of petition. Sorry.
