Hey guys I´m gonna be super busy this week so don´t panic if you don´t hear from me much ...should be in shape here again maybe in like 10 days or so ...I dunno about the new thread sopls put me down for 23 as usual
Ever patient I will keep checking on you...you aren´t allowed to spend another weekend without an approval ok?

It is wrong you two haven't been approved yet. It is also wrong when the CSC is called how they seem to hide information from you.. Every time I called in they did the same thing to me. I had to be pushy to find out info about my case being assigned to someone and find out the date it was assigned. They never offered me info even the nice ones. I had to squeeze it out of them. Your case is past due and really they need to tell you.. I told them the last time I called that I felt like I was getting the run around and she told me my case had been assigned on the 22nd. I tried my best to be respectful but at the same time I was pushy and sounded desperate to know..

Thanks, Tim, maria_john_, u2Rsobad, webeedz and everybody----I was super busy at work all weekend so I didn't have to think about this stupid situation. I cannot believe all the energy I have wasted and all the weekends hoping and worrying since Oct. 1 for our approval. I have had no touches, NOTHING---maybe that's a good thing. They said our case was assigned to an officer on Oct. 15 so I have to believe that. The patient ones will overcome!!! Alane & Ramzis

I just called CSC, was on hold nearly 10 min...and it's still in the staging area. Spoke to a very nice lady who took my name and telephone number and gave me her name as well, and said she'd email them to find out why mine was still sitting there and would try to call me back with any info.

We'll see if I actually hear from her. Fingers, eyes and legs crossed again that it goes out soon!

I hope you get your approval in the mail/email tonight Alane!!

Add one more approval for last week: Chan and I are received our NOA2 online (still waiting for mail and email.) Good luck everyone.

Hello fellow VJers!!!
I have good news! finally the after months of waiting, after coming to a point of almost breaking up with my fiance, after praying so hard and waiting patiently .... WE GOT OUR NOA2 !!!!
My honey sent me a text message saying that he has something URGENT to tell me and CALLED ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! He just cant contain his happiness and cant wait for the morning to tell me the good news! He got our NOA2 in the mail but nothing in the USCIS website. I am happy and grateful beyond words. Thank you Lord and thank you VJ.

I know it is awesome. I am thankful we got no RFE..we havent got a touch too. I wish u more patience as u wait on ur NOA2

congrats to all has been approved!!! huh im still waiting for our NOA2 this time and hope that we will have it soon..

it LOOKS like there were 35 approvals through CSC last week! (I count Monday to Sunday, based on NOA2 date)

am I reading it right? I was thinking it was in the mid-twenties and then it seemed to shoot up

Another approval here, we got our NOA2 hard copy today! It says we are approved on 30 October! Come on CSC!!

If it were me I would call.. Make sure when it is transferring you to csc it says you are being transferring to California.. Good luck

So you think I should call? I'm afraid they will penalize me by putting our documents back at the bottom of the pile! You know, it says right on the web site, that they process applications in the order they were received. Well, we know that's not true

I called the day before I was approved. The lady I got was really nice but she did know I had called 6 days before. I told her I felt like I was getting the run around and that I was running out of excuses to my fiancé

Well---I just called again----she was nice enough, but couldn't or wouldn't tell me anything. Just be patient and check the website. I told her I understand they are to process applications in the order they are received and I knew too that others after me have already been approved. I'm afraid the patient one is going down the tubes fast, alane & ramzis

I am really sorry to hear how you are being treated Alane. It really sucks. Out of the 3 times I called only once did I get someone that wouldn't tell me anything. I know they know if it is with an officer or not and I think it is bunk they aren't telling you. I involved a senator I am not sure if that helped or not but maybe. I wish I could offer more. My crazy point was at 148 days, so your doing a lot better then I did. If you still haven't heard anything next week I would call again. We are all praying for your speedy approval. Have faith.

Remember to check your snail mail, I thought I saw other people here who got the printed copy first, without CRIS email or website update. I was approved 1 November, got the snail mail notice today.

I'm one of those who has never received an email, but got the NOA2 by snail mail. The website was finally updated 11/1, but have still not gotten an email. I know Alane is always checking both. Good luck to the rest of the May filers who are still waiting for their NOA2's
