Let's hope it moves that quickly, although I forgot to look and see what number you were on bszooms last list on the 12th. I was #79 on 10/5 and moved to #61 on 10/12. Don't know where I would be now, but I wish we could get an actual list from USCIS. Who knows how many more are pending that don't even know about this site.

Come on CSC!! We're waiting!!

I think I was 108 on 12th...and about 30 people were approved since...so thatīs how I did the math unsure.gif Though I was just looking at the statistics and I am not sure there is everybody on bszooms list...Only for unapproved May filers it still gave me a number around 67 and as for June filers around 110 are still waiting for their approval...I am in the middle of June so I should be a bigger number than 76...
Why canīt they just finish May filers already? Thatīs rediculous...I gave them a week for to do that like two or three weeks ago whistling.gif

I'm a filer on the last day of May, but now that they've approved a few June filers, I'm a bit jealous...come on CSC! Listen to Scott and be done with us May filers already!!

I made a little excel worksheet and I'm projecting between now and Nov 5. We should be pretty close, I'm thinking.

Just got done talking to one of the lovely individuals with the USCIS using the RFE trick. Wow what manners. Nothing new on my case. Only that it was "pending." I see they are now hiring individuals that are hard of hearing too. I only had to repeat myself 4 times. Keep up the good work USCIS. good.gif whistling.gif

how does someone file Sept 18th with CSC for k1 visa, beneficiary country is canada and they get their NOA2 in 32 days?

url=http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=92930

doesnt say anything about military expedite. Am i missing something here? That is great for them and i am happy they got their NOA2 and are moving ahead with their process . wish that was all our stories. but whats the deal. there are still may filers who dont have an NOA2. Wish i had their luck.... inspite of the backlog and people with no NOA1, CSC can give out an NOA2 in 32 days and it not even cuba, its canada.

maybe CSC has hired new people who are working on stuff after the backlog. Or is Canada expedited like Cuba?

Chris

Congratulations to the recent aprovees. smile.gif

I see 30 CSC/NSC/TSC VJ K1 approvals for Sunday through Saturday. Since it looks like they can't seem to always get the notification emails sent, maybe there will still be a few more for last week.

PS: VSC had 3 last week. We suck. crying.gif

There might be a bug in the VJ stats. I see 31 records but only 30 NOA2 approvals when I search for CSC/NSC/TSC K1 NOA2's issued between 10/14 & 10/20 inclusive. I don't know what happened to the 31st petition. I do see they list 34 members which minus the 3 from VSC leaves 31 so I think you might be right.

Did anyone bet 30 or 31?
Tim Y
1 more and I WIN!!!
Kamel and Asiya
