I talked to my attorney today. He said he has been getting a lot of approvals through CSC at the 4 month mark.
Have we ended the whole: "They go by when they receive the petition/They go by the NOA1 issue date" debate? According to my attorney again, Our petition was sent out on 6/04 and received by NSC on 6/07. If that is the case, I must be getting close...if they are going by when the petition was received.
I am at 4 1/2 months and stilll waiting. My issue date is 5/27. I see someone was approved today from Nebraska that filed on 6/1 and had an NOA1 date of 6/14.
I am very happy for them but what about people still waiting from May. How does this happen?
Here is their timeline- You can see they are not truly June filers, but February 2006 filers.

5/01/07 CSC locates file. They say that they don't know why it was sent to them and not NSC. They also say that they don't send petitioner any notification and it is expired and I can file a new petition.
