I am excited everything is speeding up. I have been looking around to find the info my fiancé needs after the foreign embassy gets our paperwork from the NVC. Could anyone please post some links to help me?
Thanks Tim & Maricar

Things are moving along quite nicely now (touch wood) - it would be good if the approvals increase week on week - that would be awesome

The four that got approved yesterday actually filed in May but received their NOA1 in June. I am hoping all May filers get approved this week

26 approvals this week! I think we might have a winner...
(just incidentally: the latest couple to update their timeline, Gauri and Varun, don't seem to have a timeline - tennyrate, their names aren't clickable... anyone know what's going on there?)

Dunno what´s up with that...but if you look up Varun, their profile works...

If we are all approved this month (insha'allah) then how long will it take to get to the embassy for the final approval and interview? Any guesstimates? I'm trying to figure my dates (approximately) regarding whether our January 28th wedding date is going to be a realistic expectation. I'm to the point whatever happens and no matter when he comes before or after that date...it won't be the date that matters as much as him being here with me. We are planning a wedding at the Gulf coast on the beach with only a couple of close friends, so it is not like we have to make a big deal over prearrangements, but it would be nice to have an idea.

StillThePrettiest
Oct 15 2007, 12:30 AM
no one updated their timeline to show an approval today... of course that doesn't necessarily mean anything; a lot of people seem to wait to go on VJ from work
Kamel and Asiyah - do you mean January 2008? even if you got your NOA2 and interview date tomorrow I think a date in January would be pushing it a bit; if it takes even a week or two more I'd say the chances fall closer to zero... have you checked the stats regarding the consulate you'll be interviewed at? that should give you a bit more of an idea
I'm still not bothering to plan ANYthing... people ask, and I say 'oh, maybe March, maybe April, maybe May', and I think that's about the truth of it

well we are still waiting for our NOA2 and waiting and waiting. can we be added to this list as well and is this an accurate list from CSC or just a list from VisaJourney...thanks!
(also we filed in Texas, but then sent California....i think recieved around the 12th of June according to our NOA1
StillThePrettiest
Oct 15 2007, 08:39 AM
the service centres don't issue information like that; these lists are unofficial, made up entirely of timeline information contributed by VJ members that said, the estimates derived therefrom still seem pretty accurate, for the most part, so remember to
