Hi my name is Sania and I am 20-Year old. I am US Citizen and living with my uncle in the US since 8 month . When I was undergraduate student I went to Pakistan and got married there.

After spending 11 month with my husband in Pakistan I return back to USA and God bless me a son and he is 5 month old now.

My husband k3 interview will be held in next few days. i am so much worried as i have no in speaking term with my dad and I am not working. My son & me are living with my uncle.

My husband uncle who is US citizen and has sufficient funds & financially strong living in same state ready to give the Affidavit of Support to him as & when required.

I just wanna to know that! Will they issue the visa to my husband ? even though I never work and never file tax.

Can my uncle give the Affidavit of Support to my husband & would i have to fill the I-134 too even never work?

one thing more i wanna add here ma husband gifted me a house in his country on marriage day its cost 20,000$ which we will sell if ma husbnad got a visa.

Please do guide / suggest me regarding my queries.

I would be highly appreciate if you reply me on the same email id instead of giving me any website link.

Regards,

If the interview is in a few days, your husband should already have an I-134 from you and from a qualified sponsor. If not, you need to get those in his hands to hand over at the interview. Nobody can predict the decision of the Consular officer but your financial circumstances alone, are not sufficient grounds for a denial. The total circumstances are considered.

can you tell me please, the house which my husband gifted me on the day of marriage its cost round about $ 20, 000 would be enough to bring ma husband in USA or still i need joint sponsor. ???

and can i go with my huband to US embassy on his interview day?

Jania,

Depends, how is the real estate market in Afganistan? How easily and quickly can the house be sold, for how much money? And how easily and quickly can the the proceeds of the sale be moved to the USA?

It would have been far better had your husband gifted you with the $20,000 in cash, although he would still need someone other than you to sponsor him for his visa. Unless, perhaps, he has sufficient financial resources of his own that he doesn't need a sponsor. (Perhaps it would have been better yet to have kept the $20,000 for himself.)

Thanks for your suggestion any way let me tell you that ma husband isn't from afghanistan, he is from pakistan, working with multinational company. i have one more question can ma husband show his bank statement ?

Yodrak
Jania,

My appologies - you did write Pakistan in your original post.

Yes, you husband can show his bank account. A healthy bank account may be helpful if he has a substantial balance and if he can bring the money with him to the USA.

You write that he works for a multi-national company - will this company continue his employment with a position in the USA when he comes here?
