Hi everyone,
I have been waiting patiently for the I130 receipt notice from Texas Service center. I still haven't received any NOA1 from the TSC. I submitted my application via FEDEX to the TSC on 12th Jul 07 which wa received by TSC on Jule 16th 2007. The check submitted has still not been cashed.

I would appreciate if folks can share their experiences on this front and if they know of any known delays or have received NOA1 for similar timelines, please share them.

Our petition was delivered to TSC on Jul 19. Our check has not been cashed yet either and no NOA1. We have been checking our account anxiously everyday.
