HI all i would like to know what are all the fees after uscis is done with petition like the iv bill and medical exam if there is one for the interview and would like to know if there are more besides these. i wanted to file for k-3 but looks like i might just have to go for ir-1 it has been too long since filing i-130 with no noa 1 they recieved and sent notice june 9 but still havent gotten nothing.i know k-3 is faster to get my wife here but would like to know the fees other then aos fees after she gets here. i see this posted all the time on peoples time line but never really see how much it is thank you for the info

ATTENTION the adjustment of status fees are supposedly going up from $325 to $905 biometric fees from 70$ to80$ at least by june mid june maybe may..... I have found this out on USCIS website buried in press releases....... i will give you the link to the uscis roundtable discussion about this...

feb 1 2007 to april 1 discussion and entry into the federal registrar.... april 1 to june 1 ironing our implimentation of new fees.. after that enforcement of new fees..... now they have given no set time to start charging these higher fees nor any rock solid facts as to which fees will be raised all i know now is what fees listed below is what they want to raise.. its getting close to the target date of june and they have yet to release any final dates or facts as to which petitoins will be effected exactly but i do beleive u should know what could be coming down the line just in case it effects you...

$380 IV fee bill and the $70 bill for the I-864. Not sure if this is still the same after 7-30.
It is $100 US for physical and I am not sure what the DELBROS fee is.

ok thank you at least i have a starting point and some idea where to start but the way my luck is the fees also went up for all this but at least i know the min. to keep in checking and will double it just to be sure hehehehe i read delbros was like 100 usd i think i read not sure but i think thats what it was
so any one else get an iv bill after 7-30 07 is this still the fee or has it gone up any feed back will be helpful

Yes, you must adjust status before two years time. The AOS is normally done 90 days before the two year expiration date.

The IV fee bill is still the same - it is the Department of State - not USCIS

I read the DELBROS fee varies from 165 to 500 PHP depending upon where it is delivered. If get get a total figured, please post it?

There are many hidden costs like delivery charges on sending documents, costs for telephone calls and other proof of an ongoing relationship, IDs passports, planetickets, and etc.
