Im filipina from philippines. how many months to wait for cr1 visa? pls give me advice about my case. coz im married last nov.2006 and we submitted I-130 JAN2007. just received receipt number and they requested my husband to had beometric only last month..so what will be the next? i saw some of the forum there is NOA2. what is that. i didnt recieve any like that. how many month will i wait for my visa here in philippines..pls give me advice..pls..pls.. thanks

I apologize but your message is a bit confusing.

Since you haven't been married for 2 years, you will be getting a CR1 visa, not an IR1.

If your petition (I-130) was approved by the USCIS, your husband should've gotten an approval notice, the NOA2, before it goes to the National Visa Center. Has this happened yet?

I also don't understand the message about biometrics. There isn't a biometrics step in the CR1 visa process.
