Hi Guys,

My I130 NOA1 shows VCS address @ bottom and I got NOA1 for I129 that shows CSC. But i sent both petition on same location which is VCS. I have also did a change of address which i got mail yestarday for I130 and that still shows VCS. I haven't got for I129 yet. Does this mean my petition is in 2 different location????

From time to time the transfer cases among the service centers to balance case loads, CSC is the biggest of the centers and often cases get transfered there.

Check the status on line on the USCIS site, they usually indicate when cases get transfered.

Here is another problem. I can't see my case for I129 in uscis website. Its say can't find the case. But when i called them, its there in the system. It has been 2 weeks now since i have received my NOA1 for I129.

I have noticed a few others mention this. It seems that their I-130 shows up on the website, but the I-129F does not. When they call in, USCIS verifies that the I-129F is in their system

BOTH of our cases show up on the USCIS website. First the I-130 and then I "added a case" to the site. Now, when I go there, it give the status of both simultaneously. Wow...this waiting around on a Friday night is boring. Wish I were with my wife right now!! I know she is having a good time tonight...ella es SHOPPINGGGGGG con amigas!! She's looking for a pretty dress and new high-heels for my upcoming visit in 33 days!!! (But who's counting? )

It's 21 days before my visit ( but I'm not counting either ). I received a hard copy NOA transfer notice when my I-129f was transferred to the CSC.

But i never got a hard copy from service center regarding my case transfer. Only letter i got was NOA1 for I129 that shows CSC. It doesn't mention anything about my case transfer.

Did you send the 129F petition to CSC or to Chicago?

I sent my I130 and I129 on VSC. But on I130 shows VSC address and I129 shows CSC address..

From what I understand, the I129's now go to CSC. Check the USCIS website for updates.

The directions on the I-129F states:

B. Form I-129F Filing Locations for K-3 Spouse
If you are filing an I-129F petition for your spouse, mailyour petition to the Service Center where the underlyingI-130 petition is currently pending. Use the address listed on your most recent receipt notice or transfer notice and include a copy of that notice with your Form I-129F.

Plain and simple to send your K3 to where your I-130 is located
