Dan entered in the consulate review for his visit to the embassy. Everything looks fine on the review page, but when I look at it on the timeline it shows harassment level as "high" which I know is not what was intended to be there. His interview was a breeze, and he rated the embassy 5 stars on the review. Is this transferring to timelines as harassment rather than rating? I don't really know what the entry page looked like since he did it. Perhaps it was just entered incorrectly. Regardless, can it be fixed?

I noticed that today myself...ours is also down as harrassment level 5. We had a totally hassle-free experience, so please can this be looked into Captain? Don't want to scare other London Embassy folks into thinking we've all been treated like dirt!

Seriously though, whilst it would be good to get it fixed, what is most helpful is the amount of detail some people go into as to exactly what was asked and what documents are required. So thank you to all those who do post detailed reviews.
