my hubby a u.s. citizen... his parents green card expired and he want to bring them back here in the u.s.
anybody here knows what to do in this kind of case...I would appreciate your input. thanks in advance.

Probably starts again and files for them.
His parents been away here in u.s. for ten yrs...His parents green card expired on year 2004... does he need to reapply the petition again... does it cause the case more complicated than the first he petitioned his parents?... thanks for more input pls...

They abandoned their permanent residence status long before the cards expired--1 year after they left if they didn't have a reentry permit--2 years after they left if they had a reentry permit.
They have not been permanent residents for many years.
He will need to file for a new I-130 petition for each of them.
