I actually mailed my AOS application and EAD to VSC instead of Chicago lockbox. What happens? Will it be returned or transfed? How much delay?

Thanks

I think they will most likely return it to you. The delay will be whatever time it takes for you to receive the package back and then remail it to the right address.

Good luck.

nevermind, I think its fine. I filed it jointly with a I-130, so I am supposed to file it there.

When you file a I-130 along with AOS it goes to the Chicago Lockbox..... they should return it to you... if you mailed it with the old fee and they do return it to you you will need to refile with the new fee....

I've seen similar posts to yours and sometimes the service center will forward your application to Chicago for you. If not, I would imagine that they would return it to you.
