I just got two emails today from USCIS.
Both of our petitions were approved the I-129F and I-130!
I can't believe it please someone pinch me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Can anyone tell me what happens next? if both petitions are approved at the same time.

ur papers it will go to NVC and then to the embassy and they will set an interview for him

Your I130 will be held in for the eventual AOS by the USCIS. They will forward your I129F to the NVC, where it will be processed (hopefully very quickly) and then on to the consulate/embassy. You SO will receive instructions from the consulate, and eventually will interview for the K3 when all docs are in order.

What happens is that the I130 will be processed for further documents needed from you and then the i129f will spend a short time there and then be sent to the nigerian embassy...as soon as you get the hard copy letter of your approval, scan and send it to your hubby so he can print it out and take down to the embassy to get the necessary information which i believe is packet 3 and packet 4...you may want to do a search on nigerian embassy and ask other vjers who have gone through this embassy to get more specific information if can't find here in the archives..Good luck and congrats!!

Congrats! The next step is the NVC. Hopefully, it won't take that long for their approval. Although I was on a K-1 visa, it only took 2-3 weeks from the time I received approval from USCIS until NVC approved it and sent it to NE. I'm sending you hugs and a lot of warm thoughts!
