Hi all ,i have been advised that i will need to file a 212h waiver when i go to london for my interview ,date unknown, has anyone else had to go through this ? or any ideas? i have crimes involving moral turpitude {2} and some other offences which apparently dont involve cimt . i have already had a k-3 denied / approved in london but was then denied aos with no appeal,will already having k-3 approved help? the crimes in question are 26 years old by the way. thanks ,andy.

I think you really need to find an experienced immigration attorney to help you. I can't really follow the entire chain of events (you've already had AOS denied but are now applying for another visa?), which leads me to believe that its a very complex situation. Thus, 'advice' from people on a message board isn't going to be in your best interests.
