So now I am waiting for the NOA2 to arrive which I would say takes 2 or 3 weeks, then off to NVC
and then to Casablanca. So in the meantime what can my fiance do to have some things ready for interview or packet that will be coming whenever.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. He is working on his passport, I think they need originial BC from his home town. But is there anything else he needs to do?

A police check will be needed. Depending on how long it is valid for in your fiance's country and how long it will take to get an interview it may be worth ordering it now. In the UK it takes 40 days to get a certificate and it is valid for 1 year.
