hello everyone
i am kind of confused i arrived here in the U.S CR1 category i am just wondering when should i received green card, caz my passport stamp valid for one year.... so what happend after expired my one year visa stamp in my passport . ..
is CR1 has temporary green card from USCIS.how long it takes before i received?
or should i need to moved my conditional of residency in order i can received green card?
the immigration says i need to filed removed of conditional of residency less than 2years .. ..so in that case what should i do aftter a year my stamp I-551 EXPIRED... well well i need sOme advice what is the next step like me new just arrived here in U.S what should i expect to do here in order i dont want to problem ... .. i want to be aware ... please help ////

You should receive your green card a few weeks after you enter the US on a CR-1 visa. Assuming your marriage was less than two years old on the date you entered the US, the Green Card you receive will be a 2-year card which will expire two years after you entered the US. You'll have to file for removing of conditions sometime during the 90 days before your card expires.

Normally, there's nothing you need to do during the 21 months after entry except wait and watch the mailbox. Also, now is a good time to start a collection of evidence to use for the removal of conditions process.

My wife received her green card two weeks after arriving here.

Don't worry, I guess you've just arrived here.... you'll get your green card in a few weeks. Mine I got it in four weeks, so yours is coming soon, stay cool, ok.....
