Here is my timeline:

07/13/2007 I-171 form sent
07/16/2007 Delivered to CSC Service center at 10 AM
07/19/2007 Check cashed

Until today, I haven't received anything from USCIS. I did see a number starting with WAC, but when I tried to use it as the receipt # on USCIS site to check status, it kept saying it is not a valid case #. Anybody else out there that filed to CSC at the same time with me? Have you got your NOA yet?

Hello,

You have literally the exact same timeline as me. Freaky. You are not me, right? laughing.gif

I also was not able to use the WAC number from the check. I also have not received anything from CSC. I will keep you posted when I get someting.

Hold on to your britches. If you look at our timeline...it took about 12 days after our ck was cashed for our NOA. You may hear something anyday.

Thanks guys. It feels good to know that my case is not abnormal. smile.gif

Only the tracking# on NOA works. "Tracking no" on check serves some other purpose known to USCIS only.

I think you may get your NOA1 any day now. CSC is usually pretty fast on I-751 (refer to my timeline). Don't worry.

Here's hoping my case that was touched last July 10 is hung up cause the person is on vacation, yeah...right, it's summer, people go on vacations.

We've been waiting for months and no NOAs at all. Its very strange for us. You got nothing to worry about though.

Just an update, I got both my NOA and biometrics app letter in the mail on Aug 4.

This strange thing is, my biometrics appointment is set to Aug 25 at 8:00 am, which is a Staturday. I am glad it is a Saturday, so I don't need to take any time off from work, but I never know they work on Saturday.

I got both my NOA and Biometrics appt letter on the same day, too.

My biometrics appt was August 4th, which was on Saturday. They were open smile.gif I had to wait for 2 hours to get it done.
Good luck.

we sent ours in on june 16th, checked the Post office (we sent it certified) and it arrived on the 18th. they didn't send the postcard until almost a full month later, and just today, we recieved the NOA -- so about a month and a half.
