After having the filing rejected due to an improper form(that was actually the right form but lets not go there) and having to file late because of this. Then having the check bounced the application was received on May 14th at the CSC and a new card ordered July 27th. WOW! I almost feel back for cursing the name of immigration. YAY! Thanks to all who answered my posts and made me feel better.
