Full Version: No AOS after nearly a month
We sent in our AOS fee on July 3rd and the AOS has still not been generated. We called NVC last week and they said that they recieved our money order and will generate it in the next couple of days but it still has not been generated. Has this happened with anyone else? We also got our IV fee bill and sent that out already. I dont know why they are not sending the AOS. Does anyone have any info?

Our's took almost a month to arrive from the day we sent in the AOS fee. The generation took 13 days from the date when we sent in the AOS fee. In general I wouldn't worry yet, since the DS-3020/IV-bill/DS-230 rote is longer anyway, so your visa shouldn't be delayed even if you would get your AOS around the same time you get your DS-230.
Could you also please uppdate your timeline, so that I can keep this page up to date better. Every single timeline helps other VJ members
