hi guys.

i have question for ya ..

i am here in the U.S. for some years and i wanna my family to visit me, like my daddy and mom. what should to file for them ???

and what should to have ?? for that .. should to be a u.s citizen or permanent resident?

They are visiting, THEY apply for a visitors visa at the consulate. You may provide them a letter inviting them to visit.

My MIL is here right now, I sent them a letter inviting them to attend the birth of their first grandson and a declaration that we'd support them during their stay. They both got their B1 visas the same day as their interviews, and they're good for ten years. FIL couldn't come, but MIL had no problems at immigration.

11 more days!

Sand, for your family to ONLY visit.... you do not need to be a USC. All you need is the documents like invitation and letter of support, application, fotos, passports, fees, etc.
