Hi guys,
Could anyone tell me how much it would cost to have a lawyer prepare your I-751 form. I have already collected most of the documents and completed the form myself. I just want to make sure that someone qualified reviews them to make sure I didn't miss anything. I called one law firm and they told me it would cost in the neighborhood of $1,500.00 to prepare/review all the documents and send them to ISIS. I think it's kind of high? Any thoughts? thanks,
Sand

I think what the lawyer quoted you is too high! If you have a straight-forward case, I would even suggest not going through a lawyer. This website offers a lot of guidance which should be helpful. I would only suggest a lawyer if your case is complicated. I didn't use a lawyer myself and successfully had the conditions removed. The I-751 form and requirements are pretty simple, and you can get a lot of info and guidance from this forum.

My thoughts? You've done the hard part so save the $1500.00!!!
Many have posted what they are submitting so you might want to consider posting what you're sending if you want to get some feedback from VJ members. If you have questions about the form, ask.
