By the I just want to asked you , How to apply for a tourist visa , I have a friend in the Philippines she want to apply for a tourist visa, She want to go here in the unites states... What are the recquirements of tourist visa ? Please give me you preview! . Thanks

It can be very difficult. she would have to prove significant ties to the Philippines.
