I have a question, As of today DS-230 is getting expire. my ds 230 has not been generated. I am waiting to get IV fee bill in the mail. Do I use older form to download and send to my wife so she can fill it out and send it back to me or should I wait for mail from NVC to get new DS-230. Or u guys think by tomorrow we will have new version of DS-230 on the website.

If you are refering to a OMB date, you can continue using the form, it is a date that Office of Management and Budget specifies that suggested changes and auditing by the various departments needs to be completed by, in this case Department of State. OMB date is an internal audit date, not an expiration of the form.
The various consulates use and mail out forms that are much older than that.
So no problems using that form.

That's great info. Thanks! I always wondered what OMB stood for. I feel better now. I had my wife fill out, sign and mail me the current DS-230 form a few weeks back regardless of that date.
