Hi everyone going through the NVC.
See my timeline - 13 days of wait and still no response to the Choice of Agent I e-mailed to NVC.
Is it time to call and bug them, or is it useless?
Anyway,
be warned - NVC is slow in responding to e-mail lately. Better to mail your DS-3032 in regular mail.

Keep calling them everyday, speak with an operator live. I hope, they accept the choice of agent very soon.

Hey Rika,

I had the same problem and I thought it would NEVER be accepted! Finally I called NVC and asked if I should re-send the email. The customer service rep told me "yes" so I did, and I got a response that the Choice of Agent had been accepted that day!

I would just either re-send it (you should get another autoconfirmation email but this time it will say "Thank you for your recent inquiry...") OR just call up NVC and ask if you should re-send it.

That's what I would do.

Good luck and I hope it gets accepted very SOON! smile.gif

I think you should call them. For some reason they seem to reply to the e-mail once you have called them, but only after you've waited about a week. We called the NVC after waiting for nine days for a reply and after the call it took them less than 24h to reply to me that they've accepted my choice of agent.

Thank you guys,

I was about to go crazy and indeed sent them a second e-mail.
As you see it took exactly 14 days for CoA to be accepted, just the next day after I thought I can not take this wait patiently anymore!
