guys, just wondering if how many of us who filed between april - june 2007 in CSC for 129F who did not receive any hard copy of NOA1?

We submitted our application in almost the same date, ours was May 21. W3e didn't receive anything yet.

NSC filer here and I've not seen a hardcopy of NOA-1 yet?

Filed May 21st at CSC and also no NOA1 yet.

now, i feel relieved that it's not only us who didn't received the hard copy of NOA1.

we submitted may 17 and they received it may 18. but on their website, they said they received it on june 5.

Josh hasn't received our I130 NOA1 either and that was filed back in Mid April. We did receive the I129F NOA1 which was received early June.

we sent in May 14...never received NOA1 either...called and they said they never received I-129f...we found out later they had...called last week and customer service basically said not to worry about it since we had receipt number now that we can track by...we are waiting on the NOA2.

Same deal, applied May 8h, Check was cashed on May 30th and still no hard copy of the NOA1... No touches since June 1st either. Another month to go before I allow myself to worry...

We didn't receive one either, but it doesn't really matter. All we want right now is NOA2

We didn't get a hard copy for the I-130 sent in June, but we did get a hard copy for the I-129F we sent in July. I think they must have had a system wide melt down or something. LOL

Our date is May 5th and still no NOA1. Getting that now wouldn't mean much to us, all we want is our NOA2. We are keeping our fingers cross for sometime in August.

No NOA1 here---checked cashed June 11 --- received in NSC 5/25 (got the case # off the back of my check)

No hardcopy here....Mailed to Nebraska May 29th...It is a pleasure to have people in same boat...

Recieved on April 24th by CSC-still no hardcopy or touch-my status last updated on May 1st-I have called, was told they would re-send the NOA1............if i didn't have it IN 45 DAYS CALL BACK!!!!!!! ARG!!!!!!!!!!

Add me to the list of people who are relieved to see that others have not received a hard copy either. Filed on April 27th, check was cashed mid May.

I was of those too, and looking at your timeline, I would call them today using the RFE trick. You can always tell them your concern over never seeing it, and have them look at the petition on the phone and confirm your mailing address etc. This will most likely generate a touch, and you might also find out on the phone if your petition has been called up for adjudication yet.

No hardcopy yet. But I am not worried...
I believe everything will be ok eventually...

Still haven't recieved mine either. I did the same as sandozwalker and called and they told me that they were going to request to have another NOA1 sent to me.

I filed and got a receipt saying that my info was recieved in the California Service Center on April 9, 2007.. i did my biometrics on 7/14/2007 but still havent heard anything back from the USCIS...i see people are getting approved at the same time i filed but I have got nothing yet...wat the hell is going on...

We have never received a hard copy of the NOA1 yet!

No word...nothing...there was a spike in apps in Jue/July to beat the price hike. COuld take 6mos to get approval.

Say's who? There was a spike in H1-B's in April too, yeah it slowed the Avg by about 20 days but NOT 6 months. If you know something others don't, please share.

USCIS acknowledged a system problem with receipting. They infact set up a special e-mail account for those affected.... Might be worthwhile to check it out

No NOA1 either, but called early last week to check on it since they told me to wait until 45 or more days had passed due to computer problems in sending out notices. I called, got a "touch" and then a replacement notice for the NOA1 in the mail yesterday. At least I finally got something tangible

I was very worried about the NOA1 too¡¡¡ But we are too many people wich no have NOA1 yet.
