My husband sent our I-130 package to Lincoln Nebraska per the instructions in the I-130 package, our cheque was just cashed and I looked up our case # and it is now in the California Service Center. Why would that be?

That is correct, NSC, and TSC forward cases to CSC, they have been for well over a year.

Thanks YuandDan, I wonder why we don't just send it right to California then instead of Lincoln Nebraska!!!
