I am confused ,i filed I-129F application for K-3 before July,30 but i did not attach any money order or check because i thought that they would recieve it in or after July,30Please help ,what will they do for my case?????

We don't know but I expect they will return the package to you and ask for the check. There is no fee after July 30 but I believe that applies only to those who also filed the I-130 under the new fee structure. We haven't seen USCIS address what it will do with I-129F for K3 filed after July 30 when the old I-130 fee was paid.

That is very important information. I suggest you cover your other papers with a copy of the letter they sent telling you to submit again without fees.

I had got the email back before about 2 hours
USCIS responded to your email on a Sunday? If so, would you mind blocking out the names and posting the actual text. This is the first such case and the information will be very valuable.
I called customer Service last week and was advises that you will have to pay $170 before July 30 and $455 after. Anyway, this is what she told me.

you are are talking about K-1 visa because filing the I-129F for K-3 visa has no fees
