It makes more sense if you post your question directly on the forum rather than in an attachment.

Referring to each other as husband and wife can definitely cause problems because you are not married -- and NOt being married is one of the basic requirements of the I-129F petition for a Fiance Visa.

If the petition adjudicator believes you are already married, he can certainly deny the petition. There isn't much you can do at this point but wait and see if they send you a Request for Evidence, approve the petition or deny it.

Sorry, it's my first time posting in the form. I made several attempts to post directly to the forum but had no success, also thought i had deleted this post.

You can black out certian things on the emails, I would just black that out and then make a copy which will not allow anyone to see thru the blackout

Since the I-129F was already filed with the emails, at this point they can only wait and see what happens.
